Biståndsgivarna till de palestinska myndigheterna är ansvarslösa
Norges utrikesminister har under senaste tiden fått försöka förklara Norges bistånd till de palestinska myndigheterna när det framgått att de palestinska myndigheterna betalar höga löner till terrorister som sitter i fängelse i Israel.
Men istället för att kritisera de palestinska myndigheterna riktar utrikesminister Espen Barth Eide kritken mot Palestinian Media Watch som analyserat och tagit fram fakta om de palestinska myndigheternas agerande.
Nan Jacques Zilberdik analytiker på PMW skriver att det verkar som om biståndsgivarna till de palestinska myndigheterna skulle säga: "Vi har vår åsikt kom inte och förvirra oss med fakta".

"... I know that for many, PMW’s documentation is an inconvenient truth. Clearly, it is difficult to believe in the two-state solution’s potential for success when watching official PA TV broadcast songs depicting the Israeli cities Haifa, Acre and Jaffa as “Palestinian”; when seeing Palestinian kids recite poems that demonize Jews as “Satan” or “the enemies of Allah, the sons of pigs”; and when hearing senior PA leaders commemorate terrorist killers as “martyrs” and “heroes” whose “path” Palestinians are encouraged to follow.
Growing up in Denmark, the conflict was misrepresented to me. I am certain that only exposing the obstacles to peace on both sides – and they exist on the Israeli side as well – will ever eliminate them. For this reason, I have been a senior analyst at PMW for nearly five years, co-author all its publications, and speak in various parliaments exposing these impediments to peace.
What surprises and alarms me is that instead of joining me in condemning this hate promotion, Norway and other donors continue to ignore most of PMW’s findings.
They silently accept without condemnation the PA’s teaching hatred of Jews, glorification of terrorist murderers, and praising suicide bombers as “role models.” It’s as if they are saying: “Our mind is made up, please don’t confuse us with facts.”..."

Palestinsk TV: Israeliska städer är palestinska
Omvärlden är snabb att kritisera Israel t.ex. när Israel vill bygga bostäder i Judéen och Samarien. Det är ett hinder för fredssträvandena säger man.
Varför är det ingen som kritiserar de palestinska myndigheterna när de förnekar Israels existens och Israels rätt att existera som judarnas hemland, det om något är ett hinder för en fredlig utveckling i området.
MEMRI har samlat en del uttalanden av palestinska ledare:
Zakariyya Al-Agha, PLO Executive Committee member and head of the PLO Refugees Department, said: "There is no permanent solution for peace with Israel that excludes the refugee problem... The refugees' right of return to their homes is a sacred right that is not subject to bargaining." He also noted that the Palestinians cannot accept Israel's demand to recognize the Jewish state because that would mean the elimination of the refugees' right of return."

Varför är det ingen som kritiserar de palestinska myndigheterna när de förnekar Israels existens och Israels rätt att existera som judarnas hemland, det om något är ett hinder för en fredlig utveckling i området.

Brist på verklighetsförankring hos palestinierna
PLO:s chefförhandlare Saeb Erekat inför en FN kommitté:
"Today in the West Bank, including east Jerusalem ... I can sum up the situation with one word - apartheid. Worse than that which existed in South Africa."
Det är ju möjligt att situationen på västbanken där 90% av araberna bor på områden som administreras av de palestinska myndigheterna är så dålig att den kan jämföras med apartheid. Abbas lär ju ha sagt att inte en jude skall få bo på de palestinska områdena och de som vågar kritiserar myndigheterna råkar ofta illa ut.
Men det är naturligtvis inte de palestinska myndigheterna som Erekat syftar på och han vet inte vad han talar om. ( se Israel och apartheid )
En annan som inte vet vad han uttalar sig om är palestinske kolumnisten Adel Abd Al-Rahman i Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 6, 2013.
Enligt honom är Jesus en kanaaneisk palestinier, palestiniernas patriotiska förfader och palestinierna är Jesu ättlingar.

Jerusalem Post rapporterar att Hamas konfiskerade ca100 raketer som Fatah försökte flytta från ett ställe till ett annat i Gaza.

Muhammad al-Dura var en tolvårig pojke från Gaza som när den andra intifadan utbröt år 2000 tillsammans med sin pappa filmades när de hamnade i korseld mellan israeliska och palestinska styrkor.
Filmsekvensen spreds som en löpeld kring världen och Israel anklagades för att ha dödat pojken.
Pojken al-Dura blev en symbol för för palestiniernas kamp och ökade hatet mot Israel och judarna.
Enligt utredningen verkar det inte som om Israel skulle ha varit skyldig till pojkens död.
Flera andra har kommit till samma slutsats tidigare.
Charles Enderlin, journalisten bakom den ursprungliga rapporten om al-Dura, avvisar utredningens resultat.
